What induced enhancing Moustafa Ismail’s arms?

The Egyptian bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail has the largest biceps in the world. His name was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This person affirms that his large arms are natural. He affirms that he has the largest biceps in the world because he has too strict nutrition and workouts. The bodybuilder eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. Moustafa Ismail also consumes much water and protein shakes.
Although it is evident that diets and workouts play essential role, many people doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is hard to believe that appropriate workouts and diets can cause such enhancement in arms. Which conditions are responsible for the large arms of the Egyptian bodybuilder?
When it was announced that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with application of steroids appeared immediately. Several persons suppose that steroids are responsible for the large arms of this person. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder claim about usage of anabolic steroids? He claimed that he had taken anabolic steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and administration of these products are legal under laws of this country. These preparations are sold at any drug store in Egypt. Moreover, anabolic steroids are not expensive there. But Moustafa Ismail noted that he had to stop applying these products, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and administration of these medications without a prescription are considered to be illegal under laws of the US. These medications are bought on the black market by those that use them in the US illegally. So, Moustafa Ismail stopped applying these products after he moved to the USA.
But if even the Egyptian bodybuilder uses steroids, it doesn’t matter because these drugs don’t enhance arms. They are not responsible for the bodybuilder’s large arms.
There are other remedies that can increase arms. They are called “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most frequently used SEO. This product is taken by bodybuilders. It is administered in order to enhance muscles in circumference. So, it is supposed that Moustafa Ismail applies Synthol. However, Moustafa Ismail affirms that he doesn’t use this product.
The Egyptian bodybuilder says that he is hurt by accusations linked with anabolic steroids and Synthol. He has submitted to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t found  any abnormality in the arms of this guy. Thus, it is not clear whether the bodybuilder’s arms are natural or not.
